Politicians are back to their old game of pointing fingers in Bengal. While central has banned CPI((Maoists )as a terrorist outfit, Bengal is reluctant to do so.
Does it mean that they will not recognize the central ban. Will it lead to imposition of President’srule. While both CPM & kissenji allege that Maoists are supported by TMC & have in turn supported TMC in Sngur.
TMC claims that Maoists are backed by CPM. Just like Pakistan claimed that both parliament attack &26/11 was engineered by India.
Being part of cabinet will Mamta abide by the ban or arm twist central to dilute it or will split unlikely as it needs central help for Kolkata corporation elections as also in assembly election & UPA also would not like to lose TMC.
So deals within deals & wheels within wheels whereas common people will continue to suffer. A classic shatranj ke khiladi in real life. After all politics is a giant game of chess & people are pawns.

Banning the Maoists is not going to solve the problem. The problem of naxalism can only be tackled politically and administratively.
It was really interesting to note that Maoists were claiming to do the development in the Lalgarh in the period of eight months. It is clear that they are exploiting the discontent of the people against the state government. Media highlighted this statement of Maoists but none of the media questioned the role of Maoists in the liberated zones. Have they done development works in their areas. If they want development then why are they against any of welfare schemes of the state.
