Are sympathizers to Maoists/Naxals traitors? Let me be very clear on this. I am against them. As I find that solution to any problem has to be find within the democratic framework in a civilized society. Anarchy can never be a substitute for democracy.

So then why intellectuals like Arundhati Roy are shouting from roof tops about their support for Naxals. I admit writers are emotional and always go with the under dog.

I also admit that poor have received a raw deal & there is wide spread oppression of the masses. But are Naxals pro poor? The way Kissenji is conducting himself he comes across as a dignified/glorified bandit.

Self publicity and ruthless crushing of dissent can not be the hallmark of a leader. The trouble is this is a one way street. Despite getting disillusioned there is no return. So I will ask no appeal to Arundhati Roy not to let your talent be exploited by vested interest. The sole loyalty of the gun is with POWER
