Commenting on judiciary is like walking on a mine field with the sword of contempt hanging on one’s head. But when I find 27 cases being heard in 24 minutes I wonder if this is justice on a treadmill.

It is in fact unfair to treat judiciary as the ceasor’s wife. After all judges are also part of society & can never be immune from pulls & pressures of life. So we have judges & advocates occupying the accused’s box & even being sent to prison, impeachment Hulla bullo over their declaration of their assets.
Their appointment & transfer. Yes I have faith both in our judiciary & army despite warts & all. As they have by & large done their duties with dignity, sincerity & honestly. The spate of public interest litigation shows that judiciary is our last savior. If justice & army fails us then we will have nowhere to go. So can we say satyamev jayate (The truth wins).

Judiciary SHOULD act within the domain of constitution might be a more appropriate thing to say.
