Our huge hue and cry over the Chinese aggression matters little to china. We are no match for them and they know that very well. So they hold us in contempt for being a soft state with a ham handed reluctant approach to the problem despite 41 years being passed since we got a drubbing in Imphal.

The difference between dragon and elephant is the naked aggression, audaciousness, focused ruthlessness always keeping in sight the key factors. So we may do what we like China will do what it pleases.

It will build a dam on Brahmaputra, build roads and other logistics across its border facing us and help Pakistan united or divided and thumb its nose with contempt, violate the border when it likes. In short it will keep us on our toes and scare the life out of us. With a beach head across us from Nepal to Myanmar to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, we are like a trapped animal.

The only power it recognizes is USA. Yes we can overcome our weakness but with our political leadership bothering little to save its little crab like games to pull down each other we seem destined to be doomed.
