Ye jo public hai ye sab janti hai, the verdict Ye jo public hai ye sab janti hai,the verdict.
While I wait for the election results, I am humming this old number which claims that the nation knows what is best for it or does It ? Can it be as confused as I am for having voted some one.
I hate because the alternative is worse. Unlike Coke vs Pepsi.I can not shun both as I am unwilling to take the chance that the worse comes to power.
Ever since my collage days, I am watching elections. I have seen Mrs. G getting trounced & making a come back. Then Rajiv Gandhi coming with a thumping majority only to be replaced by NDA.
Despite hating BJP for its hate campaign & emphasis on swadeshi just when they started doing good work with large scale disinvestment, highway project ,peace with Pakistan etc. They were trounced despite economy doing very well.
So was Chandrababu who provided a clean govt & put India on world’s it map. From no where Left became king makers & put us on reverse gear in the last 5 years.
The current results indicate thatUPA is likely to have a slight edge & fence sitters will be the king makers very sad to find the cat ,no the rat glaring at the lion.
I will again stick my neck out to say let us respect the public mandate instead of wild horse trading resulting in driving up then prices of worth& moral less penny stocks. Let the 2 national parties come together with a common economic agenda & put the nation & economy in 5the gear.
This will never happen but when both the parties can lick the feet of nonentities, why not shake hands with equals. May be ego prevails over common sense. Often we fail to see the obvious when the reality is staring at us.
Really sad for India inc that in the mid summer after noon with our eyes wide shut we pretend that we can not see the sun.Ye esh supteshu jagratu. Let us arise ,awake & march ahead with confide

Does economy means just 10-15% of people. How economy was doing well during NDA regime? India was not really shining either in NDA regime or in UPA. There is a huge diference in “Chamakta” Bharat and “Tadapta” Bharat.
